Please take your time to read carefully our booking terms and conditions before booking a tour with Juve Travel Peru to avoid any inconvenience. These terms and conditions apply to any trip products or services purchased from Juve Travel Peru.
Booking Contract with you
These Terms And Conditions Apply To Your Booking And Our Supply Of The Tour Services To You. The Contract Is The Entire Agreement Between You And Us Is Relation To Its Subject Matter.
A Booking Is Confirmed And The Terms Will Apply When Juve Travel Peru Have Received The Applicable Deposit From The Client And The Client Has The Booking Confirmation From Juve Travel Peru. The Client Signing The Booking Form Warrants That She/He Has Full Authority On Behalf Of All Other Clients Named On The Booking And Have Communicated All Necessary Information To The Others Clients. The Client Who Confirmed The Booking Is Deemed To Be Designated Contact Person For All Other Clients Named.
Prices and surcharges
The tour prices are the prices quoted on our website. The published price of any tours is subject to change at any time. We may increase the cost of the tour due to factors which we have no control, government action, currency fluctuation, transportation cost (cost of fuel), increases in entrance fees, train fares, taxes or any other increases. Any surcharge or decrease will be explained and justified by us.
Deposit requirement to confirm a booking
At time of booking any tour is non-refundable deposit and non-transferable (varies based on tour) as applicable, per person per tour. The deposit allows us to purchase items such as entrance fees and train tickets. Once we have made the reservations with the government authorities it is impossible to change any details of the reservation (e.g., name, passport number, or departure date).
Final Payment and acceptance of booking
Payment of the balance for any tours is due 45 days before tour departure date. As soon as we receive the full payment, we will send you an email reconfirming your booking. If the tour is booked less than 45 days before the departure date, full payment is due. If the full payment or balance is not paid on or before the departure date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.

Any cancelation by client must be made in writing by notifying us and the applicable cancellation fees will be determined based on when the request is received by Juve Travel Peru. Initial deposit is non-refundable.
Client is responsible for any fees or charges incurred by the cancelation.
Cancelation received 70 days or more before the tour start date: 60 % of the total amount shall be refunded to the client.
Cancelation received 45-30 days before the tour start date: Loss of 60 % of the total tour price
Cancelation received less than 30 days before the tour start: No refund shall be payable to the client.
Cancelation by Juve Travel Peru
Juve Travel Peru is a professional, responsible tour operator with an excellent reputation for quality and service. We have no intention of cancelling any of our tour scheduled that have been booked by a client. In case it becomes impossible to do the planned tour due to situations outside of Juve Travel Peru’ control (e.g., extreme weather conditions, landslides, strikes, inaccessibility of route, etc.), Juve Travel Peru will propose viable solutions to operate within the available dates, or, if impossible, will then propose an alternative tour.
In the event Juve Travel Peru has to cancel your tour due to failure or inability to purchase your tour permit, we will notify you by email as soon as we become aware of such matters. We may offer an alternative tour departure date if we have one available. If an alternative date is not acceptable, we will refund your tour payment to your card of payment by PayPal.
Travel Documents
To confirm your tour arrangements, you must provide all requested details. Please make sure that your passport is valid for the time you intend to travel with us. Furthermore, assure that the passport details you send us via email are correct. Changes on short notice will complicate the entrance to Machu Picchu and any other destinations.
Please note the following: We will use the passport information you provide us in your booking form to reserve Inca Trail permits, hotels and flights. If you change or renew your passport, please be sure to carry the old passport and the new.
Acceptance of Risk
Booking any of our adventure trips means you assume the risks associated with them. Juve Peru Travel accepts no responsibility for these. The client acknowledges that the nature of the tour is adventurous and that such activities may involve a significant amount of personal risk.
Travel insurance
All clients must have personal travel insurance. This insurance must cover personal accidents, medical expenses, loss of effects, and all other expenses which might arise as a result of loss, damage, or injury to the client. Juve Travel Peru cannot be held responsible for any accident or loss of personal belongings the customer causes by his/her actions.
Claims and complaints
If you have a complaint about your trip, please inform your tour leader or company representative at the time so they can attempt to rectify the matter. If the matter is not resolved by these means, any further complaints should be given to us in writing within five days of the end of the tour.
External problems
Juve Travel Peru a vast of experience in the tourist industry, so we understand that unexpected situations could happen.so, in case of pandemic, earthquakes and political problems, we will be happy to help you changing your date for the future trip without paying additional fees (within one year after your original trip date).Juve Travel Peru doesn’t offer cash refunds in case unpredictable situations happens.
